• TRICK O' TREATING. Start your 2023 Trick O Treating early in downtown Excelsior!  Look for 2023 official stop window clings outside of participating businesses.  Check out participating businesses at the bottom of this webpage.
• BUSINESS DECORATING CONTEST. Businesses in downtown Excelsior will be displaying their most thrilling seasonal decor. Judges will visit each participating storefront and the winner will be announced at noon on Instagram at @exclakemtka.
