Chamber Ambassadors are official representatives of the Excelsior-Lake Minnetonka Chamber of Commerce and serve as a welcoming presence for our business community. As passionate volunteers and representatives of Chamber member organizations, Ambassadors work alongside Chamber staff and the Board of Directors to strengthen relationships, promote member engagement, and support the growth of our local business community.
Our Ambassadors help build connections throughout the Lake Minnetonka area by welcoming new members, celebrating business milestones, attending ribbon cuttings and Chamber events, and serving as a resource for businesses looking to get more involved. Through their enthusiasm, leadership, and commitment to community, Ambassadors help create a more connected and thriving business environment.
What does an Ambassador do?
This volunteer level includes a consistent commitment throughout the year to support Chamber events, ribbon cuttings, member engagement, networking opportunities, and more. Ambassadors play an active role in strengthening connections within our business community while helping create a welcoming and engaging experience for current and prospective Chamber members.
Welcome New Members
Help new Chamber members feel connected from day one through introductions, outreach, and relationship building.
Celebrate Our Businesses
Attend ribbon cuttings, grand openings, and member celebrations to recognize business milestones.
Represent the Chamber
Serve as a visible presence at Chamber events and community gatherings.
