  • Take a photo with the character!

• TRICK OR TREAT THE STREET. Start your 2025 Trick O’ Treating early in the Excelsior business district!  Look for 2025 official stop window clings outside of participating businesses.  Check out participating businesses on the passport map and at the bottom of this webpage.
• BUSINESS DECORATING CONTEST. Businesses in Excelsior will be displaying their most thrilling seasonal decor. Judges will visit each participating storefront, and the winner will be announced at noon on Instagram at @exclakemtka.
