Whether you’re racing the 5K, walking the 1-mile, or choosing the Lazy Leprechaun for beer, donuts, and good cheer, Luck O’ the Lake is for you. This St. Patrick’s Day themed event is all about fun, community, and supporting local.

You don’t have to be a runner. You just have to show up.

Winners of the 5k will receive a gift certificate for a new pair of shoes at The Lakes Running Co. and winners of each age group will be sent a prize!

Three Ways to Join the Fun -

5K Run

Perfect for runners who want to kick off race season with a festive, scenic course. Enjoy the energy of race day and celebrate your finish with post-race fun.

1-Mile Fun Run / Walk

Ideal for families, friends, walkers, and anyone who wants to be part of the event without the pressure. Walk, jog, or stroll at your own pace.

The Lazy Leprechaun

Not a runner? No problem. The Lazy Leprechaun is the smartest option of all. Show up, take a short walk from the start to the finish, and enjoy beer, donuts, and St. Patrick’s Day vibes with the crowd.

No training. No pressure. Maximum fun.

Important Notes:

Donuts available while supplies last
2026 race shirt: Option to opt out
Race shirts are unisex and run large

Secure your spot by registering online by March 19. Registration closes at midnight on 3/19. Limited walk-up registrations are available on March 20 & 21 during packet pick-up.

Registration option "with shirt" will close end of day February 27.
